Florian Ellwanger has 20+ years of experience in structuring and arranging financing and equity investments, with a strong focus on European renewable energy projects.

He began his career in 2005 at Hamburg Commercial Bank (formerly HSH Nordbank), where he structured complex corporate and project financings and initiated various infrastructure projects. After nearly a decade, Florian joined reconcept, an investment boutique specializing in renewable energy, as Head of Project Acquisition & Business Development. There, he successfully expanded its activities across Europe and Canada.

Following this role, Florian served as Vice President Global Markets at Tier-1 project developer PNE (formerly PNE Wind) and later as Investment Director at RIVE Private Investment. At RIVE, he focused on mezzanine and equity investments in Germany and Northern Europe, specializing in renewable energy, infrastructure, and leasing transactions.

Florian brought his expertise and network to LNF Energy, drawing on his diverse experience in banking, development, and investment roles. In 2024, he decided to leave as shareholder and managing partner and establish Capcanto.
